Swift Online Secretarial charges an hourly rate of $36.00 and does not currently charge GST.

Printing, CDs, postage, courier charges and any other incidental items will be invoiced separately at cost price.

A minimum 30 minute charge will apply for any task.  Work will be billed in 10 minute increments after the first 30 minute block.

Terms of payment for new clients can be worked out in the initial consultation. All accounts are to be finalised within 7 days of work being completed.  Our preferred payment methods are Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash or PAYPAL.  Cheques will be accepted from regular clients only.
